Refund policy

At VERIDZ, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and simple return process.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Include original packaging and any included accessories

Returns may be requested if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item does not match the description
  • You need a different size or simply changed your mind

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include photos when contacting us so we can assist you faster.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items: Return shipping is fully covered by us.
  • Size issues or change of mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@veridz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely repack the item with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  4. Send the Item Back: Follow the instructions provided. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
    Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
  • If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact us at info@veridz.com.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. In most cases, exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

● Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
● Products returned without prior approval
● Gift cards
● Final sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
